    This work is about learning to stay present with what lives inside of you. About recognising the difference between reaction and truth, between losing youself and staying connected.

    And about developing the capacity to hold yourself — especially in moments where you would normally collapse, adapt or disappear.

  • Feminine & Masculine

    At the core of this work is the relationship between your inner feminine and masculine. The part of you that feels, opens and receives. And the part of you that holds, grounds and leads.

    When these are not in balance, you may lose yourself in emotions, or disconnect from them completely.

    This work supports you in restoring that balance — so you can feel without being overwhelmed, and stay grounded without shutting down.

    I do not work with fixed methods or step-by-step protocols. Instead, I work with what is here — in your body, your reactions and your patterns. Through awareness, regulation and integration, you learn more how to stay with yourself in moments that used to overwhelm you.

    No labels. No analysis for the sake of understanding. But real, embodied change.

    My work is about returning to who you are and learning how to stay there.
